Day 1:   ARRIVE IN DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA
We will meet you upon your arrival in Dar es Salaam and transfer you to your overnight hotel where a hot shower and a bed will be a much-welcomed sight after your long day of travels.
Overnight: At a lodge in Dar es Salaam

Day 2:  FLY TO RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
You will leave your lodge in the morning and transfer to the Dar es Salaam airport where you will catch a flight to Ruaha National Park.  Upon your arrival in Ruaha, you will meet your guide and begin game drive where you will have your first thrilling experience of Safari life.

Day 3:  FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
You will spend your day out on game drive along the Ruaha River.  Keeping your eyes open for the large herds of elephant who make their way to the river to drink water.  Also keep your eyes open for the Greater Kudo which is mostly commonly found in this park.

Day 4:  FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
You will spend your day out on game drive in Ruaha National Park.  You will be in search of the large cats and if luck is on your side you may be able to spot the rarely seen wild dogs.

Day 5:  FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
You will have two options today which you will decide the previous evening before dinner with your guide.  You have the choice of doing a full day game drive again today or you can take an armed park ranger out into the park with you while you enjoy the closeness of nature and enjoy a walking safari in the park.  The choice will ultimately be yours.

Day 6:  RETURN TO DAR ES SALAAM
You will leave your lodge after breakfast and drive to the Msembe airstrip.  It is here you will say good-bye to your driver guide and board a plane to Dar es Salaam where you will proceed to your next destination or catch your flight back home with many great memories that will last a lifetime.
