Day 1:  ARRIVE IN DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA
We will meet you upon your arrival in Dar es Salaam and transfer you to your overnight hotel where a hot shower and a bed will be a much-welcomed sight after your long day of travels.

Day 2:  DRIVE TO SELOUS GAME RESERVE
After breakfast you will leave your lodge and drive to Selous Game Reserve. Selous Game Reserve is an UNESCO World Heritage Site and has a variety of vegetation zones, ranging from dense thicket to open wooded grasslands. You will get your first taste of safari doing game drive while in route.

Day 3:  FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN SELOUS GAME RESERVE
You will spend a full day in Selous Game Reserve keeping your eye open for the elephants, cheetahs, and giraffes along with many other animals.  And if luck is on your side you may even see the endangered black rhino.
Overnight: At a lodge or camp in Selous Game Reserve

Day 4: MORNING GAME DRIVE AND AFTERNOON BOAT SAFARI
You will spend the morning on game drive, and return to your lodge or camp for lunch.  After lunch you will go on a boat safari on the Rufiji River.  Be sure to keep your eyes open for the hippos and crocodile that keep themselves cool for the hot sun.

Day 5: DRIVE TO MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you will leave your lodge and drive to Mikumi National Park.  Mikumi National Park is the fourth largest park in Tanzania and is located between the Uluguru Mountains and the Lumango Range and has a large variety of wildlife that can easily be spotted.

Day 6:  FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK
You will spend that day doing game drive throughout Mikumi National Park.  Hippo-pools provide close access in seeing the hippos and bird-watching along the waterways is also particularly rewarding.

Day 7:  DRIVE TO RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you will leave you lodge and drive to Ruaha National Park.  Ruaha National Park is the largest park in Tanzania and East Africa.  The Great Ruaha River flows along the southeast margin and is the focus for game-viewing.

Day 8: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE RUAHUA NATIONAL PARK
You will spend your day out on game drive along the Ruaha River.  Keeping your eyes open for the large herds of elephant who make their way to the river to drink water.  Also keep your eyes open for the Greater Kudo who is found most commonly in this park.

Day 9:  FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
You will spend you day out on game drive in Ruaha National Park.  You will be in search of the large cats especially the cheetah and the lions.  Also keep your eyes open for the small antelope that make Ruaha their home.

Day 10: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
You will spend your day doing game drive in Ruaha National Park.  You will be in search for the rarely seen wild dogs today while also keeping your eyes open for the giraffe, zebra and monkeys.

Day 11: DRIVE TO MOROGORO
After a leisurely breakfast you will drive to the town of Morogoro where you will be able to spend the afternoon/evening immersing yourself in the local culture and interacting with the local people
Overnight: At a lodge in Morogoro

Day 12: RETURN TO DAR ES SALAAM
You will leave your lodge after breakfast and continue your drive to Dar es Salaam where you will proceed to your next destination or catch your flight back home with many great memories that will last a lifetime.
